Western Australia is one of the last frontiers of the world. Australian Adventure Travel gives visitors the chance to explore these areas whilst being assured of a safe and comfortable tour. We can also arrange additional activities such as scenic flights, scuba diving, fishing charters etc. Adventure Travel specialise in small group charters and specialist tours, such as wildflower tours bird watching, study and school groups. If you are looking for excitement and innovative environmental tours and adventure holidays for you or your clients than this is it! Tour departures are available from Perth, Exmouth, Broome and Darwin.
Accommodation

Our Broome and Darwin departure tours and Perth to Alice Springs tour are camping accommodation. Australian Adventure Travel uses high quality camping equipment, two person tents and custom built kitchen trailers. Our tours are designed for camping in comfort. - Accommodated Tours
Australian Adventure Travel has a range of accommodated tours departing Perth and travelling north between Perth and Broome. Australian Adventure Travel offers twin share and bunkhouse style accommodation on typical Aussie farms, sheep stations, and lodges.
Camping In The Australian Bush
The campfire creates a wonderful atmosphere and is one of the great pleasures of camping in the bush. Our passengers enjoy spinning a tale and sharing a laugh or song while meeting new friends and enjoying the great outdoors.
All bush camping is fully self contained, with equipment of the highest standard and stringently maintained, including a kitchen trailer. Bush camping is carried out with a strong commitment to conservation and environmental management.
What's To Eat
Fresh food is used where possible, Australian Adventure Travel endeavours to provide a healthy and varied menu.
- Breakfast continental style: toast, cereals, tea and coffee, fruit juice.
- Lunch picnic style: cold meats, salad or sandwiches, fruit.
- Dinner: hot main meals and dessert. Favourites to appear on the menu are camp oven roast, curries, pastas, satays and BBQs, with a variety of desserts. Try our damper!
- Please advise at time of booking if you have any special dietary needs.
Vehicles
- Tours conducted in our modern fleet of well maintained, air conditioned 4WD safari coaches equipped with long range fuel and water tanks.
- RFDS/UHF radios, Satellite phones
- First Aid Kit, Tour Guides trained in first aid.
Departures
PERTH 7:15am: Tourist coach rank or hotel/hostel in CBD (by prior arrangement)
BROOME 7am: Hotel or hostel by prior arrangement
KUNUNURRA 6am: Hotel or hostel by prior arrangement
Tour Notes
Single supplement at optional extra cost (either a ten or room by yourself)Special dietary needs can be catered for on request
Baggage should be kept to a minimum, a soft backpack or case (15kg weight limit) and day/utility bag is permitted
On camping tours, 3 man tents and mattresses are provided, kitchen trailer and all camping equipment are included in the tour
Sleeping bags should be taken on tour, or may be purchased from Australian Adventure Travel at $40 each (Must be purchased at time of booking)
Camp stretchers are available for hire on request
Vehicle capacity: 5-16 passengers
All tour passengers are required to assist our tour guide with general camp duties and activities
Fitness level varies from tour to tour, with an average level of fitness generally required.
