8 Day West coast explorer: Broome-perth or reverse

See the best the West Coast has to offer! Explore the West Coast taking in the rugged Pilbara and the beauty of the Ningaloo reef. Highlights include: Pinnacles, Kalbarri, Monkey Mia, Carnarvon, Ningaloo, Karinjini, Marble Bar, Broome. Tour operates in both directions.

day 1

We depart Broome and head down Highway One before arriving in Marble Bar, (the hottest town in Australia). Here we have the opportunity to do some fossicking around the old diggings, or possibly out to look at the old WW2 Corunna Airfield.   A swim at the Marble Bar Pool while exploring the Jasper Reef or maybe a beer at The Ironclad Hotel could be on offer.   Tonight we set up a bush-camp and relax around the campfire.

day 2

Today we are in ‘The Pilbara', the mining capital of the nation. We head towards the Karijini National Park whilst passing many of the massive Iron Ore Operations on the way. We explore some of the most spectacular scenery in Western Australia as we explore gorges cut deep into the rock, swim in cool refreshing pools and see cascading waterfalls.

day 3

We continue our exploration of the Karijini NationalPark and enjoy the many gorges that make up this magnificent spectacle.

day 4

After an early morning hike into one of the spectacular gorges, we depart Karijini and head towards Exmouth. On the way we stop at the town of Tom Price and make our way through The Pilbara.

day 5

After exploring Exmouth  and the Cape Range National Park, we continue along the coast stopping for sightseeing and swims . We end the day relaxing at Coral Bay and Ningaloo Reef.

day 6

We head towards Monkey Mia and the world famous dolphins. Enjoy the spectacle as we meet our friends of the ocean. On the way we stop at the amazing Shell Beach. Crystal clear water and pure white beaches make this the perfect spot for some swimming, snorkelling and sunbaking.

day 7

Today it's exploring and swimming before we make our way down the coast. We stop at the Kalbarri National Park and explore the rugged Z-Bend Gorge where the Murchison River cuts its' way through the range on the way to the ocean. Drinks at sunset as we settle in for another relaxing evening on this journey South.

day 8

We make our way towards the amazing ‘Lunar Landscape' of the Pinnacles . On the way we pass through the seaside town of Denham and explore the Nambung National Park. We then continue on and arrive in Perth as evening sets in.
